I Open The Door To Happiness With Communication
November 22, 2009
Happiness depends more on the inward disposition of mind than on outward circumstances – Benjamin Franklin
The quality of relationships in my life is determined by my sense of well-being. This is built on a strong foundation of communication.
I create ever deeper relationships by sharing my thoughts and feelings honestly.
I Allow Myself To Love And To Be Loved

I allow new expressions of love in my heart without hard feelings – Unknown
Loving others is exercise for my soul. Each time I embrace someone, I burn away the unwanted weight of hatred and bitterness. Love is the most basic of human feelings. We are born to love and be loved.
Not only do I give myself permission to love, but I also require myself to look at others through compassionate eyes.
I Allow Myself To Just Be Who I Am

I accept my faults – Unknown
I believe that I was created by a master artist and I am confident that I am who I was meant to be, so I gladly allow myself to simply be me.
I may be a work-in-progress, but I keep myself continually open to the smoothing and shaping hands of my Maker.
I choose not to waste time worrying about what could be, if I were someone else, because I am happy being me.
I Concentrate On Getting Things Done To Meet My Deadlines
November 19, 2009
I am strong and competent.
I am relaxed when faced with deadlines because I plan ahead and break my task into manageable pieces. I know that procrastination only makes things more difficult for me, so I start on a project as early as I can in order to ease the pressure as the deadline approaches.
I let go of the idea that things will just come together and instead take the time to make solid plans.
I Awake With Confidence To Handle My Daily Challenges

Life is full of challenges, being happy shouldn’t be one of them – Ronnie Nijmeh
I know that I can rise with confidence each morning because I use strategies that ensure this result. Prayer, meditation, affirmations, and a successful goal-setting technique all lend a hand to my confidence. So does my optimistic attitude!
The last thing I do every night to prepare for the morning ahead is to pray and give thanks for all that I have. Then I meditate and visualize my success.
