Life is full of challenges, being happy shouldn’t be one of them – Ronnie Nijmeh
I know that I can rise with confidence each morning because I use strategies that ensure this result. Prayer, meditation, affirmations, and a successful goal-setting technique all lend a hand to my confidence. So does my optimistic attitude!

I let go of the thought that I must do everything without a single error. No one is perfect and striving to be perfect only brings stress and disappointment. As the thought goes away, so, too, do the pressure and stress I had put upon myself.
